艾哈迈德·哈索内教授是伊尔比德国立大学的校长及约旦哈希姆大学的信息系统教授。哈索内博士拥有计算机工程和自动控制专业的理学士和硕士学位，计算机工程和自动控制的学士和硕士，以及信息系统科学的博士。他的研究范围包括网络安全、人工智能、云计算、数据安全和隐私、卫生信息系统和决策支持系统、信息系统、软件工程和开发过程、网络管理、网格计算，以及资源利用和性能管理等；在著名的期刊和会议上发表了六十多篇文章。

宋战平，西安建筑科技大学教授，博士生导师，陕西省岩土与地下空间工程重点实验室副主任，西安建筑科技大学隧道与地下结构工程研究所所长，西安建筑科技大学岩土工程研究所所长；教育部高等学校土木工程专业教育指导分委员会副组长委员，中国土木工程学会隧道及地下工程分会地下空间专业委员会委员；全国城市地下空间工程专业建设工作委员会委员；主持国家科技支撑计划项目1项、国家自然科学基金项目1项、西部交通项目1项、“一带一路”重大技术服务项目7项等；获省部级奖励10余项（其中第一完成人3项），出版专著3部，发表论文150余篇，SCI、EI检索50余篇，高被引论文4篇，授权专利10余项，参编标准3部。
